Who We Are

Marni A. Ulch is the owner of Southern Office Design. She has more than twenty-two years’ experience in sales and interior design and holds certifications with the Council of Interior Design Qualification and Small Business Administration Woman Owned Small Business. We are proud to partner with the following organizations:

Our purpose as a furniture dealer is to insure our clients procure and receive the highest quality furniture and fixtures to meet their workplace needs; to surpass their expectations and to strive to be good stewards of their time and resources.

We are able to do this by utilizing the latest in computer drafting and design software for each project. Southern Office Design is pleased to offer an expansive resource library of fabrics, finishes, and catalogs to meet any and all project requirements. Customer Service

Customer support serves a critical point in the furniture procurement process. We handle all orders and review acknowledgments from our vendors to insure orders are properly entered and executed. Customer Service also handles shipping dates and timely deliveries with “Zero Punch” as the standard goal. We provide information directly to our clients so they know of the most accurate shipping and installation

Installation

Southern Office Design’s strategic alliance of trained installers are Licensed, Bonded and Insured Specialists and have many years’ experience installing all over the Southeast. Together our team will handle the client’s project in a timely and professional manner. At the time of delivery, our installers will carefully assemble and install the project, always removing waste from the jobsite. Any products damaged as a result of shipping are reported to the manufacturer for prompt replacement.
